Job summary

Steel City Pizza Co. is seeking a motivated Back of House crew member to keep the line flowing, prep pizzas, and support a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll join a team that values hard work, laughs, and pride in legendary slices.

OPEN INTERVIEWS: MON–THURS, 2PM–4PM. Benefits include free food each shift, referral bonuses, competitive pay with raises, and opportunities to climb the ladder. Nights, weekends, and holidays required; ServSafe is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a bonus.
• Willing to cross-train for additional skills.
• Available for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support back-of-house operations and line coordination.
• Assist in pizza preparation and plating to ensure quality.
• Learn and perform additional tasks as the team grows.
