Perspire Sauna Studio of Novi is seeking friendly, energetic team members for our member service team in Novi, MI. If you enjoy health and wellness and connecting with people, this long-term role offers flexible shifts and opportunities for growth.

We are not hiring seasonal staff at this time. Typical shifts include weekdays and weekend blocks with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting sales efforts in a fast-paced upscale sauna studio

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.
• Consistently upbeat team-player attitude.
• Verifiable history of attendance and prior sales experience.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Promptly reset sauna room after guest departure and prep for next appointment.
• Process towel shipments and maintain towel program.
• Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibility.
• Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically.
• Support Sales Associates with miscellaneous tasks and back-of-house duties.
• Respond to guest inquiries and give studio tours to new guests.

Job Summary

**We are not currently hiring for seasonal staffing May-September. We are looking for candidates that want to commit to a long term opportunity with Perspire Sauna Studio.

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 am-3:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 8:30 pm

Responsibilities

Promptly turn over the sauna room when the guests exit, ensuring that it is clean and prepped for the next appointment

Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process

Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibility

Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically

Support Sales Associates through miscellaneous tasks including sales and back-of-house duties

Respond to guest inquiries and administer studio tours to new guests

Prior experience in customer service is a plus!
