Chick-fil-A is hiring Back of House Team Members to prepare, cook, and present food to the highest standards. You will learn from experienced Operators and Restaurant Leaders while contributing to a fun, customer‑focused environment.

Positions include full‑time and part‑time roles with growth opportunities. Scholarship possibilities and competitive pay are offered, with Sundays closed for rest and balance.

Qualifications

• Must be consistent and reliable.
• Cheerful, positive attitude and enjoys helping others.
• Customer service oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including Sundays.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/carry weight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new Chick-fil-A products.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
