Chick-fil-A is hiring Back of House Team Members to prepare, cook, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards while delivering a positive guest experience. You’ll learn from experienced Operator and Leaders, with growth opportunities and a team-focused environment.

The role offers full-time and part-time hours, a friendly work setting, and development opportunities as you contribute to daily operations at a locally owned Chick-fil-A restaurant.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Able to multi-task & stay organized.
• Willing to work flexible schedule and lift 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep area clean.
• Work safely with equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and adhere to dress code.
