Newk’s Eatery is seeking a Back of House Hourly Partner to support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality meals that meet Newk’s standards. You’ll perform station tasks with accuracy, speed, and consistency to drive sales and operational excellence.

You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, respectful, and high-quality work environment while supporting sound cost practices. This is an independent franchise location offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or kitchen operations is helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep food products according to Newk’s standards.
• Ensure food products are stored properly and in line with food safety protocols.
• Prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Complete all station responsibilities and tasks according to Newk’s standards, policies, and procedures for operational excellence.
• Maintain a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient, and high-quality work environment.

You’ll support the restaurant team by completing your station responsibilities with accuracy, speed, and consistency—helping drive sales and operational excellence. You’ll also help protect the brand by maintaining a clean, safe, respectful, efficient, and high-quality work environment while supporting sound operational and product cost practices.
