Job summary

BACK OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME) – Chartwells School Dining Services K12

Location: Joe T Robinson Elementary School at PCSSD – 925 East Dixon Road, Little Rock, AR 72206

We are hiring immediately for a full-time BACK OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Responsibilities

• Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.
• Assists in ordering and maintaining inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
