Job summary

Chick-fil-A McHenry is seeking a Back of House Team Member to join a team-focused, service-driven restaurant. You will prepare, cook, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards, while learning every kitchen station and supporting a positive dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock and organize kitchen inventory.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Complete opening, closing, and checklist tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
