Chick-fil-A Milpitas Town Center is hiring Back of House Team Members to prepare and present food according to Chick-fil-A standards, while maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen. Qualifications

Reliable and consistent attendance.
Cheerful, positive attitude.
Enjoy serving others and helping guests.
Able to lift 15 lbs regularly.
Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
Keep kitchen neat, clean, and orderly.
Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
Be a good teammate.
