Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support the kitchen, assemble food and drink orders quickly and accurately, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. No experience is required; we provide training in a friendly environment.

The role offers flexible hours with both full-time and part-time options, plus Sundays off. You will work directly with an independent Chick-fil-A Operator who mentors employees and fosters growth, while enjoying competitive pay and a supportive team

Qualifications

Must be at least 17 years of age upon hire date.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must have a source of reliable transportation.
Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, and navigate shelving high and low.
Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.
Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment.
Mobility required during shifts.
Must work well under pressure and adapt to changes quickly.

Responsibilities
