Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A recipes and procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment and follow proper food safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Work with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Equipment Maintenance: Use and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting issues to management.
• Compliance: Adhere to state and federal regulations including food safety and labor laws.
• Training: Participate in ongoing Chick-fil-A training and development.
