Chick-fil-A Sulphur Springs is hiring Back of House Team Members to support a fast-paced kitchen and deliver signature Chick-fil-A service. You will work directly for an independent Owner/Operator while helping maintain a clean, efficient, and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
