Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative for our Miramar Beach location. You will warmly welcome guests, determine their needs, and assist with finding the right merchandise and styling options.

You will work with the team to hit sales goals and maintain an inviting, well-stocked store. You will upsell and cross-sell to enhance the guest experience, uphold product knowledge and store standards, and process transactions using our POS system.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused, friendly service to guests entering the store.
• Ability to identify customer needs and match merchandise accordingly.
• Capable of achieving personal sales goals and recognizing upsell opportunities.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to enhance the guest's shopping experience and increase sales.Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience.Maintain product knowledge.
