Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a Back of House Team Member to join our high-energy kitchen. You will work across multiple stations, produce the full Buffalo Wild Wings menu, and help deliver fast, high-quality dishes to guests.

You’ll keep a clean, organized space, manage time to fulfill orders promptly, and collaborate with front- and back-of-house teammates to ensure smooth service. The role welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or meet applicable legal age requirements).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills in a fast-paced setting.
• A commitment to outstanding food quality and guest service through food production.
• Comfortable working as part of a dedicated team.
• While experience is a plus, all backgrounds are welcomed and encouraged to apply.

• Execute the production of the entire Buffalo Wild Wings menu, ensuring all food items meet high-quality standards.

• Properly manage time and tasks to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment for guests.
• Collaborate with other back-of-house and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service operations.
• Uphold all company standards for food safety and preparation.
