Job summary

Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, is seeking a Back-End Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a closed-door pharmacy environment. You will support order fulfillment, packaging and dispensing medications, and reviewing delivery orders to ensure accuracy.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and teamwork, with opportunities to grow skills across multiple stations. Strong attention to detail and a background in pharmacy are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered pharmacy technician as per state law.
• One year (or more) of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Ability to work 3pm–11:30pm and every other weekend.
• PTCB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure medication needs and regulatory standards are met in a closed-door pharmacy setting.
• Work in various workstation areas including packaging, staging, returns, receiving, narcotics, IV, compounding, and Omnicell Cycle Fill.
• Coordinate stock rotations and communicate with drivers to ensure accurate shipments and timely deliveries.
• Perform physical inventories of medication.
