Job summary

Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, is hiring a Back-End Pharmacy Technician to support order fulfillment, packaging, and dispensing of medications within a closed-door pharmacy setting. The role involves preparing deliveries, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates hold a certified/licensed pharmacy technician credential with at least 1 year of experience. Preferred LTC or retail/pharmacy/service exposure, and PTCB certification.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law.
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders in a closed-door pharmacy setting.
• Package and dispense medications and review delivery orders for accuracy.
• Coordinate stock rotations and receiving products.
• Receive product deliveries, pull and stage product for distribution, rotate stock.
• Coordinate activities with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform physical inventories of medication.
