Itaú is seeking a backend engineer to co-create product vision with the team and contribute technically to strategic decisions. You will develop complex, scalable features using .NET and ensure delivery quality through thorough reviews and refactoring.

You will design robust APIs with multiple integrations and security, diagnose CI/CD issues, and mentor colleagues to raise architectural standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong .NET back-end development focused on performance and maintainability.
• Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Git versioning strategies and complex conflict resolution.
• Ability to diagnose critical CI/CD pipeline issues.
• Designing scalable, secure APIs following OWASP standards.
• Applied microservices architecture principles.

Responsibilities

• Co-create product vision with the team and contribute technically to strategic decisions.
• Develop complex, scalable features using .NET.
• Ensure delivery quality through code reviews, refactoring and resolving code conflicts.
• Design and implement robust APIs covering multiple integrations, versioning and security.
• Diagnose and resolve critical problems in CI/CD pipelines.
