EVONA is seeking a Backend Engineer to help build foundational systems for a platform that manages and automates satellite operations. This hands-on role focuses on Python, with ownership across the backend and collaboration with platform, frontend, command-and-control, and aerospace-operations teams.
You’ll contribute to production-grade services, design robust APIs, and deploy in Kubernetes, AWS, and on-prem environments.
Locations: Denver, CO; Seattle, WA; San Francisco, CA; or Washington, DC
Working arrangement: Flexible hybrid schedule, generally two days per week onsite
Eligibility: Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain a U.S. security clearance. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Aerospace or satellite experience is not required. If you can build reliable, production-grade software, the space side can be taught.
