• Own backend systems end-to-end, from architecture to production
• Build scalable services and APIs in Python/Django
• Lead agent orchestration, LLM integrations, and data pipelines
• Design and operate cloud infrastructure on GCP
• Work directly with founders and shape long-term technical direction
• 5+ years building production backend systems
• Expert Django and strong Python experience
• Distributed systems, SQL performance, and cloud-native architecture
