We’re looking for a senior backend engineer who can architect and scale core systems, take full ownership of complex technical problems, and move quickly with minimal oversight. You should have startup DNA, a product mindset, and a deep understanding of system design at scale.

• Own critical services end-to-end — from design to deployment and monitoring
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and establish best practices
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to shape the roadmap
• Identify performance bottlenecks and make real-time, high-impact improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 0–10+ years of backend engineering experience (preferably in high-growth startups)
• Deep expertise in system architecture, microservices, and API design
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, monitoring, and security
• Bias toward action — you can ship fast and scale smart

Preferred But Not Required

• Experience in fintech, infra, or real-time systems
• Prior experience as a tech lead or founding engineer
