What You’ll Do:

As a Back-End Developer Intern, you’ll help design, implement, and optimize the APIs and core services that power our real-time platform. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and founders to connect frontend features with scalable backend logic that supports integrations with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Python (Flask/FastAPI) or Node.js

• Manage data storage and state logic using relational and NoSQL databases

• Collaborate on system architecture and data flow diagrams

• Assist in performance tuning and backend security enhancements

• Write unit and integration tests for services and endpoints

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience coding in Python, Node.js, or other backend languages

• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and web protocols

• Familiarity with database systems (PostgreSQL, Firebase, MongoDB, etc.)

• Comfort with Git, version control, and agile workflows

• Bonus: Exposure to Electron IPC, Docker, or cloud-based deployment (AWS, GCP)
