Job summary

Revolut, a global fintech, is seeking a Mid/Senior Backend Engineer to join our Technology team. You will build mobile APIs, develop microservices, and improve core systems like risk and payment processing. Our stack includes Java 17/21, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, and CI/CD.

You should have 4+ years in backend development, fluency in Java, a CS-related degree, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency is required, and Kotlin/Scala is a nice-to-have.

We’re looking for a Mid/Senior Backend Engineer to join a team that keeps frameworks lean and focuses on what matters: clean, maintainable code, shipped fast with TDD, DDD, and continuous integration and delivery.

Our stack includes Java 17/21, GCP, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, NewRelic, PostgreSQL, Redis, Spock, jOOQ, and Flyway.

What you’ll be doing
