Your tasks

• An acoustic study is to be conducted on a stationary heat pump for a single-family home. The heat pump is to be operated under various thermal load conditions, and the vibroacoustic excitation, transmission, and sound radiation, as well as vibration emissions, are to be measured using appropriate sensors
• In addition to assessing the baseline condition, the vibroacoustic analyses will be used to define, present, and test suitable measures aimed specifically at reducing airborne sound emissions from the outdoor unit
• The results are to be evaluated in accordance with the Technical Guidelines on Noise and provided as audio data for subjective evaluation in a recording studio.

• Enrolled in a college or university program in civil engineering or a comparable field
