Job description

Babysitting Opportunities in Cincinnati, OH

United States

You're already the person families trust with their kids. Now get paid like it.

Wellthy connects reliable caregivers with families who need last‑minute childcare — school closures, holidays, unexpected work trips. You tell us your preferences (schedule, age of kids), we handle the rest.

What's in it for you:

• 100% Schedule Control: Work twice a week or twice a month. As an independent care provider, you only accept the gigs that fit around your personal life, other opportunities, or commitments.

• Choose Your Track: Only want to work with toddlers, love babies? Great. Prefer hanging with older kids? Done. You only take opportunities you are comfortable with.

• Hassle‑Free Pay: No awkward money conversations or waiting on Venmo. Get paid competitively and directly to your bank account. Earnings range from $15.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on location, experience, and family needs

What You’ll Do (Choose Your Preferred Opportunity):

Child Care:

• Keep kids engaged, safe, and off their screens with fun activities.

• Assist with basic routines (meals, naps, homework help).

What we need from you:

• Experience: Some demonstrable experience in childcare (babysitting, siblings, nannying, daycare or volunteering counts!).

• Reliability: You show up on time and communicate clearly.

• Trust & Safety: To ensure the highest quality of care for our clients, all independent care providers must complete our comprehensive Trust & Safety onboarding process and meet all local, state, and enterprise childcare compliance standards. (CPR/First Aid certification is a plus!)

• Empathy: You genuinely care about helping families and hanging with kids.

Wellthy provides equal platform access to all independent care providers, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
