For now, we're looking for help from around 7:00 AM until about 2:00 PM, when either her grandmother or I would pick her up. Grandma works four days a week from 6:00 AM-1:00/2:00 PM, and I work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. My mornings are flexible, and some afternoons can be flexible as well.
