Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking caring babysitters in California to provide safe, engaging care for children in their own homes. You will be matched with nearby clients, enjoy flexible schedules, and earn competitive pay with time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays.

You’ll participate in light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed, while building strong relationships with families. Direct deposit, paid orientation, and ongoing training support your work with us.
