Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring babysitters to provide compassionate, reliable childcare in clients' homes across our network. You will engage children with age-appropriate activities, support families, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

We offer competitive pay ($19–$25 per hour), direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, overtime and holiday pay, and flexible schedules matching nearby clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to children’s needs, including engaging and fun activities
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
