Job summary

TLC for Kids, Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable sitters for their childcare agency. This role allows you to choose your shifts based on your availability while ensuring quality care for children. Qualifications

• Have at least 3 weekdays of availability – Monday through Friday.
• Able to start as early as 7am or stay as late as 7pm.
• Have verifiable experience as a nanny, babysitter, day care provider, or teacher.

Responsibilities

How it Works

• TLC contacts you with babysitting shifts.
• You choose the shifts that work for your schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

• $15 - $17 per hour gross before taxes (includes occasional bonuses)
• Weekly direct deposit as an employee of TLC
• Overtime – Time and a half pay
• $50 per month toward an HSA for employees who work at least 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide legal work status in the US.
• Must have or obtain Child and Infant CPR and First Aid certification within a few weeks of employment.
• Have at least 3 full weekdays of availability – Monday through Friday.
• Be able to start as early as 7am or stay as late as 7pm, if needed – schedule will be known in advance.
• Have verifiable experience working as a nanny, babysitter, day care provider, or teacher.
• Comfortable using texting as a main form of communication.
• Must be able to commit a minimum of 3 months to this program.
