• Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, or related caregiving role preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong references.
• Patient, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills with parents and guardians.
• Must be located in or able to commute to Long Island, NY.

Responsibilities

• Prepare light meals and snacks while adhering to any dietary needs or restrictions
• Assist with homework, reading, and developmentally enriching activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children
• Follow daily routines including nap times, bedtime schedules, and hygiene habits
• Communicate openly and professionally with parents regarding the child's day and any concerns
