Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking caring babysitters to provide compassionate in-home childcare for children of various ages in the McKinney, TX area. You will be welcomed into families’ homes and play a vital role in keeping kids engaged, safe, and happy.

You will follow client guidelines, coordinate with families, and may assist with light meal prep and routines. Competitive pay and ongoing training are included.

As a Babysitter with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to children’s needs, including engaging and fun activities
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
