Havenova Home Care Solutions is seeking a warm, nurturing babysitter/nanny to provide attentive childcare in a Greenwich, CT home. This role involves assisting with daily routines, planning age-appropriate activities, and transporting children as needed.

Ideal candidates have childcare experience, CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it, and strong references. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, babysitting or nanny services preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy with strong references.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Patient, compassionate and energetic demeanor with a genuine love for working with children.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands-on childcare in a safe and nurturing home environment.
• Assist with daily routines including meals, nap times, and bedtime schedules.
• Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational play.
• Transport children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe living space.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and daily activities.
• Provide light housekeeping duties related to childcare, such as laundry and tidying play areas.
