Job summary

Cranial Technologies, Inc. in Milford, CT is hiring an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist. You will provide outstanding patient service, perform 3D imaging of infants, and manage scheduling and data entry using Intergy.

Training will be provided in Cranial Technologies’ imaging process and patient workflow. The role emphasizes a fast-paced, baby-centered environment with opportunities for growth in a leading pediatric cranial shaping practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles with infants/children preferred.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality with quick learning ability.
• Capable of juggling multiple duties while keeping patient experience a priority.
• Comfortable using imaging tech and office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Capture a 3D, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi).
• Calibrate, operate and maintain imaging equipment (DSi system).
• Schedule new patients and follow-up appointments into Intergy.
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy.
• Perform medical office duties including answering phones, cleaning rooms and rooming patients.

We are currently looking for an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team in Milford, CT!

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, loves providing outstanding customer service, is tech savvy, and most importantly, loves babies! Several of our successful Baby Imaging Specialists have come from childcare environments (i.e., daycare, nanny, etc.), educational backgrounds (i.e., teacher, preschool, etc.), and high-end retail settings.

We will train you on the things unique to Cranial Technologies if you bring your problem-solving skills and “can do” attitude.

How you make an impact:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all of our patients
• Work as a team to complete a three dimensional, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi ® )
• Point person to calibrate, operate and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi ® system)
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software)
• Obtain, enter and process patient information in Intergy
• Medical office duties to include answering phones, clean patient rooms and room patients

• Experience in one of the following; caring for or working with infants/children, high-end retail customer service, teaching, medical imaging

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to squat and bend
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
• Must be able to position and handle patient to ensure DSi® images are captured
• Must be able move at a fast pace

• Position starts at $19.50 - $20.00 an hour with the opportunity to increase pay in 3-6 months as part of a levels program that is based on performance and tenure!
