Carter’s in Sterling, VA is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand, greeting customers, and helping families with baby essentials and school items. You will join a welcoming team and support multiple channels to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking, and promoting promotions and loyalty programs, while maintaining a clean and safe store. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays is often required.

Responsibilities
