Job summary

Carter's is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate to greet shoppers and guide them through our baby and children’s clothing lines. You’ll help customers understand product details, benefits, and fit while ensuring a smooth checkout and a welcoming store environment.

In this role, you’ll support omnichannel shopping, process transactions, stock shelves, and promote promotions and loyalty programs, all while maintaining store safety and cleanliness.
