Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel experiences to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
