Carter’s is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and support omnichannel shopping to create a positive experience.

You will handle POS transactions, help with replenishment, and promote our loyalty program while maintaining store standards. The role requires energy, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy retail environment.
• Willingness to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with products, features and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel shopping for a positive experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
