Oregon State University in Corvallis is seeking two part-time BA 211 Teaching Assistants for the College of Business to support BA 211 courses and related accounting classes for the academic year.
Responsibilities include grading, grade-entry, tutoring, hosting office hours, and proctoring exams; candidates should be enrolled students able to balance schedule. Pay rate is $16.55 per hour and start date is 2026-09-21 with flexible exam periods.

This recruitment will be used to fill 2 part-time (a maximum of 10 hours per week) BA 211 Teaching Assistant positions for the College of Business at Oregon State University (OSU). These are TA position for all of the BA 211 courses, and potentially other accounting courses should the need arise, for the academic year.
Position Duties
The successful candidate is expected to assist with tasks such as grading, provide tutoring, help with Canvas management, and help with exam proctoring.

*International students may be allowed to carry fewer hours than specified above and still be considered “full-time” by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). A reduced course load is approved by the Office of International Services (OIS), and must be provided to the Student Employment Center.
Applicants must have successfully completed BA 211 at Oregon State University with a B or higher.
