Job summary

B Born Primitive, LLC is hiring for a B2B Associate to support daily warehouse operations for Retail, Wholesale, and Custom orders. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, prepare items for custom printing, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.

The role requires standing for 8 hours, ability to lift 50 lbs, and attention to detail to meet customer requirements. Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with potential weekends/holidays. This is a full-time hourly position in Virginia Beach, VA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse fulfillment experience in retail.
• Ability to manage complex fulfillment with urgency and accuracy.
• Must be able to stand for a full 8-hour shift.
• Must lift packages 2–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, prepare, pack, and ship orders per priorities and customer requirements.
• Prepare products for custom printing and shipment with labels and packaging.
• Follow customer-specific instructions for order prep, labeling, and delivery.
• Prepare shipping paperwork and labels for domestic and international shipments.
• Sort and stage outgoing shipments by carrier and pickup location.
• Communicate progress and delays to B2B Team Lead or Manager.
• Assist with receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Identify and report discrepancies impacting order accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety guidelines.
• Support special fulfillment needs and warehouse projects.
