Qualifications

• Demonstrate two recent short-form or podcast-clipping examples for B2B, AI, SaaS, business, entrepreneur, marketing, finance, or expert-led creators.

Responsibilities

• Review podcasts, long-form videos, and original recordings to identify strong moments.
• Build the cold open and structure the clip for immediate clarity.
• Edit vertical videos with native pacing, captions, clean audio, and purposeful visual support.
• Adapt edits to the idea and platform rather than applying a single template.
• Use AI for transcript search, clip discovery, rough cuts, captions, and QA while maintaining human editorial judgment.
• Deliver organized files, clear versions, platform-ready exports, and fast revisions.
• Review performance feedback and iterate for the next batch.
• Flag weak source material or unclear briefs early and propose a better approach.
