Job summary

Arrive Logistics is seeking a mid-level Product Designer to join our design team working on our proprietary transportation management platform. You’ll design dense, high‑density interfaces used by reps and operations, balancing speed to completion with clear information hierarchy.

You’ll collaborate with product managers and engineers, conduct lightweight research and usability tests, and contribute to our evolving design system. Hybrid work in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product or UX design experience in B2B or SaaS.
• Strong Figma skills and ability to work within a design system.
• Ability to communicate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own designs for features and flows from framing to shipped UI within your sprint team.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define requirements and iterate.
• Use user research to sharpen problems before solving them.
• Spend time with onsite users and translate learnings into design decisions.
• Conduct usability tests, interviews, and feedback sessions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, Miro and similar tools.
• Contribute components and patterns to the design system and maintain consistency.
• Present work and rationale to team and stakeholders; participate in critiques.
