Job summary

BGRE is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern for Fall 2026 in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA. Join the Logistics marketing team to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing within commercial real estate.

You will support email campaigns, create content, manage digital assets, CRM and events, and collaborate with stakeholders on semester-long projects. This in-person internship requires pursuing an undergrad or grad degree in marketing or related fields and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in marketing, communications, real estate, business, or a related field.
• This is an in-person internship; candidates must be able to commute to the office.
• Strong interest in marketing, logistics, or commercial real estate.
• Previous coursework or project experience in marketing, communications, content development, social media, or database management preferred.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external email marketing initiatives, including database management and campaign execution.
• Assist in developing and repurposing content for digital channels, emails, and presentations.
• Organize and maintain digital marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency.
• Support updates to quarterly presentations and other marketing materials.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and follow-up.
• Conduct competitive, market, and industry research to inform campaigns.
• Support CRM management and data quality within HubSpot.
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing marketing initiatives and semester projects.
