You will write and edit materials for blogs, newsletters, and social channels, manage editorial calendars, and coordinate case studies. The role offers growth into manager roles and a hybrid working model from Akron, OH with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Experience with digital campaigns, SEO, email marketing.
• Strong writing and edit/proofread skills for various channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in writing and editing content for blogs, newsletters, social media, internal communications, and thought leadership materials.
• Maintain editorial calendars and ensure deadlines are met for ongoing content projects.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to collect and edit case study materials.
• Support internal communications campaigns by drafting announcements and tracking engagement.
• Perform proofreading and quality assurance for marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist with email campaigns and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Support SEO and paid digital advertising initiatives with keyword research and copy support.
• Help manage CRM lead generation workflows, forms, and data; maintain dashboards and reporting tools.
