Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 2 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years of experience with IBM/Sterling's SI (Sterling Integrator).
• Experience with EDI concepts, standards (ANSI ASC X12, UN/EDIFACT, XML) and VAN.
• Data management and SQL queries.
• Setting up AS2 and FTP/SFTP connectivity in an EDI environment.
• Knowledge of JSON and internet-based electronic commerce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set up trading partner partnerships in EDI systems including gateway configuration and connectivity.
• Support electronic commerce relationships with customers, carriers, and third parties.
• Interact with trading partners and internal teams to resolve transaction flow issues.
• Manage trading partner support tasks including mapping, testing, and documentation.
• Administer gateway applications and distribute process instructions to internal and external users.
• Contribute to process improvements in implementation and support.
