Devine Business Group is seeking a B2B Sales Representative in Washington (Lacey) to join as an independent contractor. You will sell supplemental insurance to local businesses, meet new people daily, and grow your professional network in a dynamic, field-based role.

The position offers weekly base draw pay with uncapped commissions, regular bonuses, training, licensing support, and CRM tools to support growth in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional work experience, some sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Directly sell supplemental insurance benefits to local businesses.
• Build relationships and expand the client base through in-person meetings.
