Distro, a recognized leader in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, is expanding its sales team in the U.S. You will prospect and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and partner with brokers to generate leads while delivering HR, payroll, benefits, and HCM guidance.

This role offers a negotiable base salary of $95,000–$100,000 plus uncapped commissions, a 9-month guaranteed ramp-up, comprehensive medical, dental, and 401(k)
