Job summary

Expedia Group in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking a Finance Analyst to supervise and report on direct billing and cash settlement for B2B partnerships within our Controllership team. You will work with the Finance Manager and cross-functional partners across Account Management, Tax, Treasury, and Technology to support month-end close, AR/AP processes, and Loyalty Points operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional Finance or Accounting experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, including AR, AP, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and energized by change while focusing on key business goals.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate financial reporting and process execution.
• Experience with Oracle, Business Objects, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support partner requirements for billing, cash receipts, cash settlements, automated reporting, and reconciliations.
• Prepare, distribute, and maintain daily aging report for the EPS Loyalty portfolio and assist with reporting accuracy and insights.
• Prepare monthly AR snapshot reports and support analysis of receivable trends.
• Assist with month-end close activities including AR/AP reconciliations and accruals.
• Support AR/AP processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with new partner intake including billing setup and reporting packages.
• Collaborate with teams to monitor financial outputs and drive process improvements.
• Support automation and enhancements of the EPS Loyalty Points business with Oracle, Product, Technology, and Accounting teams.
• Participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements and partner implementations.
