Job summary

Loma Linda University Medical Center Murrieta is seeking a full-time night- shift Clinical Nurse B (FIT) to join the Float Integrated Team. You will provide patient-centered care, coordinate care across departments, and adapt to staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.

Requires a BSN and at least one year of experience, with active RN licensure in California, BLS, ACLS, and strong communication skills. Sign-on bonus up to $9,000 may be available.

Qualifications

• BSN required; minimum one year of experience.
• Active California RN license; BLS and ACLS required.
• English; Spanish preferred for patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document direct and indirect patient care with a focus on age-specific needs.
• Prioritize and coordinate care across departments within the float pool.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed staff in accordance with scope of practice.
• Maintain professional behavior and follow department policies and procedures.
