Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance and Logistics Analyst to support the B-52 program with life cycle logistics planning and execution. You will lead or support RMIP initiative intake, develop BCAs and POA&Ms, and coordinate with depot and field teams on radar modernization and sustainment projects.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience with B-52 acquisition, maintenance planning, logistics support, supportability analysis, operational availability analysis, or resource requirements analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting DoD.
  • Experience with military aviation logistics and maintenance principles, practices, and processes.
  • Experience supporting sustainment improvement programs, such as reliability growth, corrective action, and modification management, or avionics and radar modernization efforts.
  • Ability to plan and orchestrate major logistics and aircraft weapons system sustainment programs at the enterprise level.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support RMIP project intake and triage using maintenance and failure data to identify high‑impact reliability and maintainability candidates.
  • Develop BCAs, POA&Ms, and logistics work packages to drive RMIP project execution and track benefits.
  • Coordinate modification and installation planning for RMP kits with depot and field maintenance teams.
  • Align provisioning, technical data, and training to support fleet‑wide implementation.
  • Collaborate with government, OEM, and cross‑functional stakeholders to integrate RMIP and RMP schedules, funding profiles, and configuration management processes.
