Job summary

2 Circle, Inc is a veteran-owned consulting firm supporting DoW requirements staff and warfighters with system engineering, program management, and life-cycle support. The Senior SME will help manage maintenance cycles, life-cycle planning, and risk management to maximize B-1 aircraft availability.

The role involves coordination between SPO, engineering and logistics teams, generation of analytical reports, and delivering timely solutions across maintenance, procurement, and installation

Qualifications

• 20+ years experience with systems, logistics policy/processes, aircraft production, quality control, and DoW policies.
• Experience coordinating depot level maintenance procurement and transport of emergency assets to meet flying commitments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of technical data publications, schematics, wiring diagrams, and aircraft maintenance sustainment.
• Ability to generate detailed reports with analytical data to support B-1 lifecycle maintenance.
• Experience with Integrated Maintenance Data Systems and Air Force data collection systems.
• PM Certification is highly desired.
• Currently holds an Active SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and support activities across aircraft maintenance phases.
• Provide SME guidance within the Back-shop SME role.
• Coordinate with schedules and management metrics for inspection cycles.
• Support program office in cost control and on-time delivery.
• Review B-1B technical data for accuracy and recommend changes.
• Offer solutions based on research findings and analysis.
