Job summary

A reputable technology firm located in Renton, WA seeks a Mid-Senior level IT professional to design and maintain cloud and on-premises solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and basic knowledge of security technologies. This full-time position involves hands-on work with scalable solutions and Middleware technologies as needed.

Qualifications

Overview

Design, develop, install, configure, administer, and maintain scalable, available, and elastic solutions using AWS, MS Azure, GCP, and on-premises hardware. Focus on industry best practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, install, configure, administer, and maintain highly scalable, available, and elastic solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and manage/provision data centers through machine-readable definition files.
• Install and configure cloud resources in AWS, Azure, or GCP, including tagging, access control, and monitoring.
• Utilize basic understanding of security technologies (Digital Certificates, LDAP, PKI, SSO, SSL/TLS, IAM, etc.).
• Install, administer, and configure Middleware technologies (Web/App/API/Microservice/Messaging tiers) a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and hands-on experience with provisioning data centers via machine-readable definitions.
• Experience installing and configuring cloud resources in AWS, Azure, or GCP, with attention to tagging, access, and monitoring.
• Basic knowledge of security technologies (Digital Certificates, LDAP, PKI, SSO, SSL, TLS, IAM, etc.).
• Experience with Middleware technologies across Web, App, API, Microservice, and Messaging tiers is a plus.
