Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on IT experience in software design and application development
• At least 4+ years of experience in design, implementation of distributed, fault-tolerant enterprise applications
• Experience in Java programming languages (Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot) and Python ecosystems (Flask, Django)
• Experience with modern web technologies (React, Bootstrap, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3)
• Modernization of legacy apps to Azure Serverless architectures
• Hands-on experience with container services (EKS, ECS) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Familiarity with Well-Architected Framework and DevOps tooling (Jenkins, Sonar, Maven, Jira, Docker, Azure)
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and leadership of high-performance teams across engagements
• Experience with Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies
• Cloud data processing, migration, analytics (Redshift, Glue, Azure EMR/Kinesis) is a plus
• Customer experience and UX awareness are beneficial

• Champion modern web technologies and cloud-native modernization initiatives
• Collaborate within Agile teams following SDLC best practices

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with architecture, security, and operations
• Contribute to technical strategy and continual improvement of delivery methods
